1. Why can’t I log in with my LearnOutLive Books account?
If you already have an account at LearnOutLive Books you will have to create a new account for LearnOutLive Chat Stories. The same email address can be used for both.
2. How can I change my email and password?
Open a story, go to your user settings 
and find the edit icon:

3. How can I delete my account?
Go to your user settings (1) and look for the “delete my account” link at the end of the page.
Note: This will permanently delete your account and all your data. Proceed with caution.
